Role: Facilities Engineer

Location: Warwick

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:00

Looking for a role where your technical skills keep operations running smoothly? Join as a Facilities Engineer on a 12-month fixed-term contract and be at the heart of maintaining and improving site infrastructure. You’ll ensure equipment is safe, efficient, and compliant handling everything from fault-finding and repairs to supporting continuous improvement. This is a hands-on role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across buildings, plant, and equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and respond to breakdowns
  • Provide facilities support across multiple sites as needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in facilities or plant maintenance
  • Completed a mechanical or craft apprenticeship (or time-served equivalent)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working at height and holding IOSH certification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to manage workload independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with maintenance systems
