Job summary

Welbeck is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the safe, efficient and smooth running of our centres. You’ll work closely with the Head of Facilities to coordinate day-to-day services, maintenance requests and contractor visits, ensuring compliant, well-maintained spaces that enable excellent patient care.

You’ll log and track activities, keep accurate records, and communicate clearly with clinicians, suppliers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in facilities coordination or service administration desirable.
• Comfortable with managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Basic handyman skills helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for day-to-day facilities queries.
• Log, monitor and escalate maintenance requests.
• Coordinate planned maintenance and contractor visits with minimal disruption.
• Maintain asset registers and compliance trackers.
• Assist with housekeeping, portering, laundry and waste services.
• Support health and safety processes and incident reporting.
