Role Overview

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Business Management Team. The role involves providing administrative support to the Facilities Team, which includes Maintenance, Domestic Services, and Catering Departments.

This is a newly created position offering an opportunity to be part of a busy team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, customer-focused, and possess excellent administrative and communication skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk assessments is essential.

Working Hours
Term Time (39 hours/week):
  • Three days a week, including Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
  • Two days a week: 13:30 – 22:00
Non-Term Time (39 hours/week):
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
