We are recruiting for a HR & Facilities Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of permanence afterwards. This is a standalone role requiring confidence in working independently, with support available as needed.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting managers and employees with workplace relations and performance issues in line with employment law and company policies.
  2. Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process.
  3. Supporting training & development activities, including enquiries, bookings, and agreements.
  4. Preparing offer letters, job descriptions, and contracts for new hires, and conducting HR & H&S inductions.
  5. Creating employee correspondence such as salary changes and training agreements.
  6. Maintaining HR records and ensuring confidentiality.
  7. Managing office facilities' maintenance and repairs.
  8. Supporting H&S team with related administration and tasks.

Experience & Skills:

  1. Experience in HR administration preferred.
  2. Ability to handle confidential information.
  3. Relationship management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary is up to £[amount], per annum depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus based on company performance.
