This role will be based in the Bristol office with remote working options; ideally, candidates will reside within 50 miles of Bristol.
This National Facilities Services company is recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of Commercial Office Contracts across Bristol.
As Contract Manager, you will manage a team of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers, Electricians, Commercial Gas Engineers, Carpenters, and Plumbers responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the buildings.
You will also focus on the customer service aspect of the contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and awareness of minor works projects that could enhance energy efficiency within the buildings.
Therefore, good client-facing skills are essential, as part of the role involves developing existing client relationships.
Salary: GBP50-55k, negotiable for the right candidate, plus car allowance
