Job summary

University of Sheffield is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Assistant to join Accommodation and Commercial Services. The role supports monitoring of facilities services, audits and inspections, and lifecycle management of over 4,000 bedrooms.

You will work with the Compliance Supervisor and external providers to ensure high standards. The ideal candidate has GCSE or equivalent, strong numeracy and literacy, and solid IT skills including Excel.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent with strong numeracy and literacy.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle large data accurately.
• Experience supervising staff is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities services and maintenance activity with accuracy.
• Support audits and inspections and report findings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Assist with the lifecycle management of accommodation infrastructure.
