Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Facilities Contracts & Compliance Officer in Enfield to coordinate contracts, contractors and statutory compliance across the estate. Based at a modern Enfield site with free onsite parking, there is some home-working flexibility, hybrid working and an excellent benefits package including pension and progression opportunities.

You will handle CAFM systems, maintain records and support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews while working closely with

Qualifications

Experience working in a Facilities or Estates environment.
Experience using a CAFM system and coordinating contractors.
Strong administration and coordination skills with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate contracts, contractors and facilities compliance.
Support Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Gas, Electrical and Lifting Equipment.
Organise contractor activity, meetings and documentation.
Ensure compliance paperwork is complete for works.
Assist audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
Maintain CAFM systems and asset records.
Collaborate with senior Estates & Facilities leadership.
Enfield-based role with some home-working flexibility.
Free onsite parking.
