Job summary

This fixed-term post is part of a specialist Compliance Project within the Facilities Management function. You will conduct site inspections to ensure statutory compliance, identify gaps, and rectify these with our third party contractors, while updating the compliance tracker.

You will also review certificates, initiate remedials, and support a project team alongside the permanent Compliance Team. The base is the Civic Centre, with significant travel to sites across the Borough where public

Qualifications

• Experience in property-related statutory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and fault-finding ability.
• Knowledge of building pathology and M&E systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to verify statutory compliance.
• Identify gaps and coordinate remedial actions with third-party contractors.
• Review compliance certificates and action remedial works.
• Maintain and update the compliance tracker to reflect progress.
