Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in aerospace or automotive industries.
• Experience in a regulated, dynamic manufacturing and test environment.
• Supplier and contract management experience.
• Health and safety training.
• Experience in financial management of budgets including capital expenditure.
• Self-starter attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to thrive in a small business environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compliant and efficient operations across site infrastructure and support contracts.
• Provide and maintain a safe working environment in line with the HSE Manager.
• Ensure compliance with national mandatory requirements (PAT, EICR, water testing, etc.).
• Set up and manage installation, support, maintenance and calibration contracts for facilities equipment and production/test assets.
• Conduct regular process confirmations of facilities and supporting contracts, drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor budget adherence and manage capex for Facilities Management.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracted KPIs.
• Contribute to Business Continuity Management processes.
• Maintain good relations with internal/external customers and manage facilities projects.
• Occasional travel to other Evolito facilities.
