About the Role
As the Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring site-wide compliance with a particular focus on governance, auditing, and contractor management. You will oversee electrical compliance with a focus on management and oversight rather than direct technical work. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring all systems and projects comply with legal and safety regulations.

We are looking for a compliance-driven professional with strong electrical knowledge and experience in governance, auditing, and contractor management. While you will not be carrying out hands-on electrical work, you must have the ability to understand electrical systems and effectively manage a team of electricians.
