Are you an experienced compliance professional with a passion for safety, quality, and operational excellence? Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is searching for a Facilities Compliance Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality (EHS&Q) compliance functions across our Chippenham and Cambridge sites.

What You Will Do

This critical role ensures our facilities meet GMP standards, maintain ISO certifications, and uphold the highest levels of quality and safety.   • Manage the Facilities Quality Compliance System using Q-Pulse, ensuring timely completion of Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.
  • Ensure all Facilities staff conducting GMP activities are appropriately trained and understand their quality responsibilities.
  • Provide oversight and direction to CBRE managers supervising GMP activities, ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System.
  • Support the selection, onboarding, and management of specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with GMP and EHS&Q requirements.
  • Review and upload specialist contractor compliance reports to MasterControl Document Management System.
  • Ensure compliance with the Control of Contractors policy, including permit-to-work processes and contractor supervision.
  • Lead site-specific risk assessments and ensure that corrective actions are implemented, monitored, and reviewed regularly.
  • Support emergency response planning, crisis management training, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Conduct EHS&Q audits of Facilities operations, ensuring compliance with legislation, GMP, and internal management systems.
  • Maintain and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, including environmental data collection and continuous improvement efforts.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in a compliance or facilities management role, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of EHS&Q management systems and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working with QMS platforms such as Q-Pulse and MasterControl is highly desirable.
  • Recognised qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO auditing).
