Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Facilities and Client Services Administrator to join the Estates team, working 10 hours per week on an all-year-round contract. The role is primarily based at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Maidenhead, with travel to Slough & Langley College as required.

Salary ranges from £7,374.05 to £8,104.59 per annum for part-time; full-time equivalent £27,284 – £29,987 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities services across a college environment.
• Ability to manage contractor visits and lettings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day facilities operations across the College.
• Coordinate contractor visits and service contracts.
• Maintain accurate records and support purchasing.
