Job summary

Sodexo in Manchester is seeking a reliable FM Multiskilled Operative to join Trinity Bridge House. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, provide porter, housekeeping and general support services, and deliver excellent customer service while working as part of a team and responding flexibly to site needs.

The role involves cleaning duties, meeting-room setup, porter support, reactive tasks, reporting maintenance issues, following Health & Safety procedures, and upholding professional

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, porter, facilities or hospitality services.
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience working within a corporate or office environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across the site.
• Set up meeting rooms and assist with hospitality requirements.
• Provide porter support, including moving furniture and stores.
• Respond to reactive cleaning and facilities tasks as required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professional standards.
• Support the wider team with general duties and additional tasks as required.
