Job summary

Serco Limited is recruiting a Facilities Assistant for Wyndley Leisure Centre in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. The role is part-time with a 15-hour week and duties include preparing facilities, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to centre users.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to enquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Set up and dismantle equipment and spaces for activities and events.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the centre, including changing rooms and toilets.
• Monitor facilities and report issues to the Duty Manager.
• Promote the centre's products and services to help customers find activities.
• Follow health and safety procedures and risk assessments while working.
