Kensington Arts is a historic venue in the Isle of Man that hosts live music, performances and creative activities. The Facilities Assistant will own the day-to-day facilities, keeping spaces safe, clean and accessible while enabling rehearsals and events to run smoothly with a supportive operations team.

Do you want a hands on role where you take ownership of a buzzing arts venue and see the difference you make every day? As Facilities Assistant at Kensington Arts, you'll keep the building, rooms and equipment safe, clean, accessible and secure so rehearsals, workshops and live events run smoothly. A visible presence across the venue, you'll help create a welcoming environment, work closely with venue hirers and contractors, and support events and building works as they happen.
Put your organisation, practical know how and people skills to work in a historic creative space filled with live music, performance and artistic practice. This role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to build strong relationships across the wider Division, including VillaGaiety staff, while working closely with a supportive operations team. Relevant training will help develop your confidence and skills, creating the opportunity to make a real contribution to a venue at the heart of the Island's arts and culture scene.
