Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, or similar environment.
• Ability to handle varied workloads with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of customer service and site support.
• Assist with post room operations and porterage.
• Support fabric engineers with basic maintenance tasks.
• Manage CAFM system tickets and keep documentation up to date.
