Job summary

Drayton Manor Resort Ltd is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to join the busy Facilities team. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the resort and carry out general repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and minor electrical work.

You will help keep guest and back-of-house areas safe and well maintained, conduct routine inspections, and maintain maintenance records to support Health & Safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or Painting & Decorating.
• Experience in facilities, estates, hotel or general building maintenance.
• Skills in plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating and general handyman duties.
• Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering high standards and working safely.
