Job Description

This role involves supporting the maintenance and safety management of critical plant assets, including air compressors, boilers, vacuum pumps, water systems, and air conditioning systems. You will ensure prompt escalation and resolution of alarms or defects and complete assigned CAFM tasks within KPIs.

Key responsibilities include monitoring waste storage facilities, ensuring proper segregation and safety compliance, and supporting general site activities such as chemical waste collection and site support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support service excellence across all service lines, supporting ISS key concepts
2. Enhance customer relationships at all levels
3. Collaborate with engineering supervisors to improve services
4. Assist site management in process and service improvements
5. Participate in hazard reduction and report near misses
6. Maintain basic computer skills, be numerate and literate
7. Be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and professional

Qualifications and Competencies

• Experience in fabric maintenance and handyman skills
• Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
• Flexible and reliable in maintenance duties
