Fieldstone School is seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on keeping the school buildings and grounds safe, well‑maintained and welcoming for students aged 5–16.
You’ll handle repairs, support health and safety initiatives, and assist with projects while working collaboratively with staff and external suppliers. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, a solid understanding of health & safety, and the ability to manage tasks independently

Fieldstone School is an independent day school supporting some of the most vulnerable young people in society aged 5–16—students who may struggle to access mainstream education for a variety of reasons. These can include behavioural, emotional, or educational challenges, difficulties associated with the autistic spectrum, sensory processing disorders, attachment difficulties, or experiences of trauma.
We are committed to ensuring that every student reaches their full potential academically and personally. As a day school, we provide an alternative to residential education, helping students develop independence, social skills, and resilience while remaining in their home environment.
