Park School, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with autism and additional learning needs. You will build trusted relationships, support independence and help create a safe, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
Working with experienced teachers and therapists, you’ll deliver personalised learning, help implement IEPs/BSPs and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time plus training days
