We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Facilities Assistant to join our team.

The Role

The Facilities team play a critical role in ensuring our building is clean and ready to deliver a first-class service for our customers, visitors and partners to use.

Skills and experience In summary applicants should have the following qualities:

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety including COSSH and other relevant statutory requirements
  • Experience in general building cleaning care; including residential rooms, offices and public areas.
  • Be well-organised, reliable, flexible and able to work independently.
  • Keen on Gardening.
  • A good general education
  • Willing to learn new skills.
  • Basic IT skills.

Days and hours 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday (start and finish times to be agreed between manager and postholder)

These will be 6-hour shifts per day, to be scheduled between 8am and 6pm.

Salary & benefits Annual salary £20,077 . Plus, additional benefits we offer include.
