Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Facilities Asset Manager to lead the PPM and Asset Coordinators team in a hybrid role with 1–2 days a week travel to Swindon offices. You will own asset management processes, statutory compliance reporting and scheduling within a complex estate environment.

The ideal candidate holds a recognised Asset Management qualification, has CAFM/CMMS experience and advanced Excel skills, and can manage stakeholders across clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop the PPM and Asset Coordinators team.
• Experience managing asset change and PPM scheduling processes.
• Ability to ensure asset registers and PPM schedules are compliant and up to date.
• Capability to oversee statutory compliance reporting and certification checks.
• Excellent stakeholder management across clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the PPM and Asset Coordinators team
• Oversee Asset Change and PPM Scheduling processes
• Ensure asset registers and PPM schedules remain accurate, compliant and up to date
• Manage statutory compliance reporting, certification checks and remedial works
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to align asset management processes with business objectives
• Support BIM data alignment and ensure change control protocols are maintained and audited
• Drive continuous improvement across asset management systems and processes
• Maintain operational input into the Forward Works Plan and Register
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement and innovation
• Support and develop colleagues through training and knowledge sharing
