Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Technical Lead to support the oversight and improvement of service delivery across the operational estate. You will assess performance, review asset and contract outputs, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and procedures.

Work closely with Asset Portfolio Managers and FM Delivery Managers to ensure safety, compliance and value for money. Experience in property, facilities management or building services, with strong knowledge of compliance,

Qualifications

Experience in property, facilities management or building services.
Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety and asset management principles.
Ability to deliver projects, analyse complex issues, influence stakeholders and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

Support oversight and improvement of service delivery across the operational estate.
Assess performance, review asset and contract outputs, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and procedures.
Contribute to business cases, performance reporting and the implementation of new approaches to improve service efficiency and risk management.
