Job summary

West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Facilities Administrator based at Watford Hospital. You will provide admin support to the facilities management team, compile monthly audit reports, manage the inbox, and help deliver a safe, clean environment to clinical services.

The role involves Datix data extraction, using Micad to manage pest control, organising meetings and taking minutes, with occasional travel to Hemel Hempstead and St Albans.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support to management and auditing teams.
• Ability to compile monthly audit reports.
• Familiar with facilities-management admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the management and auditing team including typing and sending audit reports.
• Manage the inbox for facilities queries and route to the correct person.
• Extract Datix data, review Datix reports and chase information.
• Organise meetings and take minutes where applicable.
• Use Micad to manage pest control and related tasks.
• Ensure catering reports are saved on the shared drive.
• Assist with updates for new hospital plans and theatres redevelopment.
