Job summary
Center Parcs is seeking a Facilities Assistant in Forest House. The role supports the Facilities Supervisor, covering maintenance coordination, reception, security and health & safety in a busy forest environment.
You will assist with audits, coordinate repairs, manage fleet admin, and welcome visitors. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a focus on organisation, attention to detail and teamwork in a friendly, dynamic setting.
Qualifications
- Must have strong IT skills and be able to use MS Office confidently.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required to support colleagues and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Support planned maintenance (PPM) and coordinate repairs with contractors.
- Assist with fire alarm testing and health & safety audits.
- Manage pool car bookings and support fleet administration.
- Greet visitors and conduct health & safety walkarounds for new starters.
- Coordinate courier collections and parcel management.
- Assist with office moves and workspace changes.
- Build positive relationships across the business to support facilities needs.
- Help maintain a safe, high-quality working environment for staff and guests.
