Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Counsellor/Psychotherapist for Mindplace in Manchester. The role supports part-time or full-time hours with a minimum of three days per week and face-to-face sessions.

You will deliver high-quality counselling to Bupa customers within a multidisciplinary clinical team, following supervision and service policies. Essential accreditation and three years post-qualification experience are required.

Qualifications

• Essential accreditation and extensive counselling experience as stated.
• Proven skills in assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary clinical team and with safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality counselling with positive clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations for interventions.
• Offer face-to-face sessions and diverse delivery models.
• Adhere to case management and supervision processes.
