Job summary

Techrete is seeking a Project Manager to join our London team. You will lead project planning, coordinate the Design, Surveying and Construction interfaces, and ensure delivery of projects to our client safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, accountability and problem-solving, plus experience with facades coordination and 3D modelling tools.

Qualifications

• Related Engineering / Construction / Architecture degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a project management role.
• Familiar with using 3D modelling for coordination purposes (advantage).
• Experience coordinating facades is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Leading project planning sessions and coordinating internal resources to achieve project targets.
• Overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• Achieving an understanding of all aspects of the scope of works of a project.
• Maintaining regular and proactive involvement in every aspect of a project.
• Keep all departments including the client informed through reporting procedures.
• Facilitating the decision-making process internally and with the client/contractor.
• Maintaining records and adhering to procedures to ensure milestones are achieved.
