Job summary

Albion Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a contractor specialising in façade remediation and refurbishment projects. The role focuses on supporting the Site Manager, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Ideal candidates will have experience in façade or remediation works, solid health & safety knowledge, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar construction management role.
• Experience in façade, cladding, external refurbishment or remediation projects would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of site health & safety and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of remediation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works progress in line with programme.
• Monitor health & safety standards and ensure site procedures are followed.
• Support quality assurance inspections, snagging and project documentation.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve any issues.
• Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
