Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead for a major façade recladding project in Manchester. The role oversees delivery across three occupied residential buildings, with a long programme and direct reporting to Operations Manager.

You will coordinate a specialist team and manage safety, quality and stakeholders to deliver the scheme on time and within budget, with clear progression opportunities into senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major facade recladding projects.
• Proven background with Tier 1/2 contractors.
• Experience working in occupied buildings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project delivery, including schedule, budget and resources.
• Manage supply chain, programme, HSEQ, quality and stakeholders.
• Lead and support site team to ensure programme milestones are met.
