Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a Facade Manager to join a signature large-scale mixed development. You will report to the Contracts Director and take full ownership of the facade, brickwork and roofing packages, coordinating facade elements across the project and managing subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.

You must have worked on major schemes in offices, residential, hotels or mixed-use developments, with excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facade elements on large schemes.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive delivery.
• Excellent communication across project teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, well organised and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Able to meet deadlines both individually and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the facade elements of projects.
• Take full ownership of facade, brickwork, curtain walling, structural framing, external render, stone cladding and roofing packages.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
