Bimplus, a leading international engineering consultancy, invites a Façade Engineer to design and deliver façade systems from concept to construction on high-profile UK and international projects.

Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in façade engineering or building envelope design.
- Knowledge of curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, glazing systems.
- Experience producing engineering calculations and technical reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Chartered status or working towards chartership is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Produce façade designs and technical solutions for new-build and refurbishment projects.
- Undertake structural and thermal assessments of façade systems.
- Prepare calculations, technical reports and design documentation.
- Develop specifications and review contractor proposals.
- Attend design team meetings, site inspections and project reviews.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams through all project stages.
- Ensure designs comply with BS/Eurocodes and Building Regulations.
- Support junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
