Job summary

Guildmore Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on façade and cladding projects in Greater London. You will lead the on-site construction team and subcontractors, ensuring safety, timely delivery, and quality while managing costs and client expectations.

The role requires reading complex drawings, strong HSE leadership, and a proactive approach. SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS are preferred qualifications; competitive salary and ongoing professional development are

Qualifications

• Experience in façade remediation and main contracting.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings.
• Self-motivated with proactive attitude and willingness to develop skills.
• Experience across all phases of construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of building regulations and construction processes.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• CSCS card and site safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and initial site set-up.
• Manage and monitor material requisitions for timely delivery.
• Supervise subcontractors, productivity, resource allocation and quality control.
• Track build costs, site progress and project milestones.
• Review site reports, technical designs and drawings.
• Resolve day-to-day issues with effective problem-solving.
• Conduct and ensure daily activity briefings are carried out.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and representatives.
