Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a principal contractor delivering recladding and remediation works across high-rise residential towers and commercial buildings, with HQ based in SE London. The role offers hybrid working with two days from home and a clear path to lead on complex façade projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in façade, recladding or remediation projects.
• Strong cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience negotiating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to adapt commercial strategies to protect margins.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of cladding/facade projects, including cost control and variations.
• Valuations and final accounts management.
• Monitor project risks and implement cost control measures.
• Lead on complex façade projects with strong career progression.
