Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder for our Coventry manufacturing team. You will work on structural steelwork, carbon and stainless steel pipework projects, delivering high-quality prefabricated mechanical and structural solutions across the UK.

Role involves interpreting drawings, welding to standards, and maintaining safety and quality while meeting production deadlines. A minimum of 3 years' Fabricator Welder experience and coded welding qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Fabricator Welder in manufacturing/engineering/fabrication.
• Experience fabricating and welding structural steelwork to drawings/specifications.
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel pipework.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication, isometric, and welding drawings to project requirements.
• Fabricate, cut, assemble structural steelwork and pipework from raw materials to finished assemblies.
• Carry out MIG, TIG and MMA welding to high quality, ensuring safety and compliance.
