Job summary

Barhale Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced Fabricator/Welder to manufacture medium to heavy fabrication structures from drawings. You will work with the fabrications team to cut, weld and drill to spec, ensure traceability of materials, and support on-site installations where needed.

The role requires overhead crane operation, welding procedures experience, and a CSCS Card. You will contribute to audits and stock checks, and adhere to HSEQ standards in a busy workshop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to heavy fabrications and welding procedures.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work well within a team, offering support to others.
• CSCS Card.
• Experience operating an overhead crane.
• Qualified to use plasma/oxy cutting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive drawings from the office team and discuss production timescales.
• Cut, tack, weld and drill materials as specified and manufacture within tolerances.
• Manufacture using materials listed; document stock usage for traceability.
• Complete workshop checklists and stock audits; report issues.
• Provide on-site installation support when required.
• Operate the overhead crane for workshop activities.
