Job summary

The Agency is recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering company in Loughborough for a permanent Fabricator/Welder Fabricator role. This is a day shift position in a clean, modern workshop with a supportive team and long-term job security.

You’ll fabricate and weld steel components, read engineering drawings, and use hand tools and fabrication equipment to ensure high quality and precision in every build. Regular overtime and a stable workload are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fabricator or Welder Fabricator.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Confident with welding and fabrication techniques.
• Comfortable using workshop machinery and tools.
• Team player with good attention to detail.
