Job summary

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) is recruiting for a Fabricator Welder in Swadlincote on a short-term contract of 3-4 weeks. The role involves reading drawings, marking out material and fabricating components to required specs.

You will prepare material (drilling, sawing, shearing) and tack up assemblies, with work across varying metal thicknesses. NVQ level in plating or fabrication and welding preferred.

Qualifications

• Marking out material to drawing requirements.
• Reading and understanding comprehensive engineering drawings.
• NVQ Level in Plating or Fabrication and Welding would be expected.
• Mixture of fabrication work on different thicknesses of metal.

Rate of pay: £20.00 per hour.
