Job summary

A Welder Fabricator role in Redditch operates on a permanent basis with a 40-hour week. Shifts include 6-2, 2-10 or Day Shift, with a salary of £32,000 - £34,500 and 28 days holiday plus free parking.

My client is an established sub-contract laser and fabrication company, based in Redditch. Due to expansion, they have an urgent requirement for a Welder Fabricator to join their existing team on the shop floor.

The Welder Fabricator role will involve:

• Reading engineering drawings


• Producing bespoke components with stainless steel and aluminium


• Both MIG and TIG welding.

Then ideal candidate for the Welder Fabricator will:

• Come from a fabrication/sheet metalworking background.


• Have held a similar role previously,


• Be approachable and able to work with the team.


• Be an experienced MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator


• Ideally be able to use a robot welder
