Job summary

LRL are recruiting for 2x Fabricator/Welder in Bideford, Devon, a busy workshop working with specialist vehicles. The role is permanent with 39 hours weekly, early start options, and PAYE pay rates.

Basic Pay £14.50 per hour PAYE, rising to £15.50 after probation, with overtime up to 15 hours per week. Overtime paid at 1.5x after 9 hours/day and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fabrication and welding within a similar sector.
• Experience working with or on specialist vehicles would be advantageous.
• A strong understanding of fabrication and welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld components for specialist vehicles.
• Work with the workshop team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

Fabricator/Welder - Permanent Position | Bideford, Devon

The Role

• Position: Fabricator/Welder
• Location: Bideford, Devon
• Employment: Permanent
• Basic Hours: 39 hours per week
• Working Hours: 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm (flexible)
• Basic Pay: £14.50 per hour PAYE
• Pay After Probation: £15.50 per hour PAYE
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 9 hours per day and Saturday mornings
• Overtime Available: Up to 15 hours per week
