Job summary

Everyman Driving Experiences at Dunsfold Aerodrome, Surrey, is seeking a skilled technician to fabricate, modify, and maintain a fleet of performance vehicles for track use and customer events.

The role requires MIG/TIG welding and a solid mechanical background, with experience on high-performance or specialist cars being advantageous. The position offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to develop technical skills within a passionate motorsport team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vehicle fabrication, motorsport, or automotive engineering.
  • MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication skills.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on workshop experience.
  • Experience on high-performance or specialist vehicles desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Motorsport or track experience advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out fabrication, welding, and vehicle modification work to a high standard

  • Maintain workshop cleanliness, organisation, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with loading, transportation, and event support when required
