Job summary

Belman Performance Automotive in Daventry is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing fabrication team. This hands-on role involves producing high-quality fabricated components for low-volume, prototype and production work, from engineering drawings using mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

The successful candidate will have strong TIG and MIG welding skills, read engineering drawings accurately, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production & race vehicle fabrication and repair.
• Proficient in TIG & MIG welding.
• Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate fabrication of components to drawings.
• Meet timescales for fabrication in the conversion process.
• Maintain showroom-level quality for vehicles.
• Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.
• Comply with health & safety requirements.
