Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Fabricator in Chorley to join a leading engineering company specialising in pressure vessels, pipework and bespoke fabrication. The role involves fabricating components from drawings and working with stainless steel and carbon steel, with opportunities to operate press brakes and guillotines.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Fabrication & Welding and have prior experience in heavy fabrication, able to

Qualifications

Reading engineering drawings to identify tolerances and dimensions.
Experience operating fabrication machinery such as press brakes, guillotines and powered rolls.
Strong understanding of welding symbols, tolerances and fabrication processes.
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain quality standards.
Experience fabricating pressure vessels, pipework or heavy engineering products.

Responsibilities

Fabricate components from engineering drawings.
Work with stainless steel and carbon steel.
Operate fabrication machinery including press brakes, guillotines and powered rolls.
Ensure work meets customer specifications and quality standards.
Work as part of a skilled fabrication team.
