Job summary

Hours of Work: Approx 38-50hrs/week, Mon-Sun

PAYE Pay Rates:

Over 38 hrs Mon‑Fri and Sat am: £23.61‑£27.86/hr

Sat pm and Sun all hours: £31.48‑£36.90/hr

The Role

Integrate Engineering are recruiting for additional Fabricators on behalf of our client, a leader in the marine engineering sector, for workshop positions in Pembroke. Duties will include:

• Understand and interpret engineering drawings
• Measure, cut, shape, and tack weld Steel/Aluminium steel components to create structural supports and frameworks
• Assemble Steel/Aluminium parts using various tools and machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications
• Ensure work is to a standard to ensure quality end product

Qualifications

• Relevant NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications or time served fabricator
• Thorough, methodical and proactive
• Able to work as a member of a team and under own initiative
• Able to demonstrate an ability to visualise ideas from verbal/written instructions
• Experience in a similar role
• Understanding of common production practices relating to metal fabrication
• The ability and desire to work to strict project deadlines is essential
