Job summary

Rubicon People Partnership in Christchurch is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to own the fabrication schedule, drive recovery on late jobs and keep quality and delivery on track. The role centres on on-time delivery and strong shop-floor decision making, with £45,000 salary on offer.

You'll lead recovery plans, optimise resource use and work directly with the Production Manager to hit OTD and KPI targets, while closing NCRs and ECRs as needed.

A well-established engineering business is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to take ownership of the fabrication schedule, drive recovery on overrun jobs, and keep quality and delivery on track. £45,000.

You'll be the one the team turns to when a job's running late and needs sorting fast.
Every schedule, every kitting run, every NCR closure comes back to your call.
