Job Overview

• Ensure that JCA delivers their contracted fabric maintenance duties
• Manage day-to-day reactive works in a safe and efficient manner within legislative and contractual obligations
• Ensure that records are up-to-date and of the highest standard

Main Duties

• Perform fabric repairs of building services including fixtures and fittings
• Complete work record sheets and compliance documentation in accordance with contract SLAs
• Maintain regular communication with JCA site management team
• Adhere to company procedures, policies, risk assessments, and method statements
• Provide cover and assistance for other team members
• Host and escort specialist subcontractors as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Present a professional image of JCA, exhibiting high levels of customer service

What we are looking for

• Experience in fabric repairs and maintenance to building envelopes, fixtures, and fittings
• Basic knowledge of L8 ACOP Legionella Awareness
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Experience maintaining the fabric of commercial buildings
• IOSH Working Safely certification
• Understanding of safety best practices
• Minimum C+G in painting, decorating, carpentry/joinery, plumbing, or equivalent
• Honest, trustworthy, and open
• High-quality work standards and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and able to make decisions independently
