Job summary

Strive Staffing Solutions Ltd in South London is seeking a Fabric Print Repair & Inspection Operative for an ongoing, ASAP-start role in a busy production environment. You will inspect and repair printed fabrics to required quality standards, loading/unloading rolls, and preparing fabrics for despatch.

The ideal candidate has artistic ability for fine-detail work, ideally 1+ year in fabric print touch-up, production experience, and a careful, patient approach.

Qualifications

• Proven artistic ability and confidence using paints and pens for fine-detail work.
• Ideally, 1+ year experience in fabric print touch-up/retouching.
• Ideally 1+ year production experience in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair printed fabrics to required quality standards.
• Load and unload rolls of fabric to/from inspection tables.
• Use fine brushes or pens to restore missing or damaged print.
• Clean and prep fabrics for despatch when required.
• Record repairs on job sheets and repair records.
• Maintain a tidy inspection area and assist other departments as needed.
