Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Guildford - £32,000 + Package, Van & Fuel Card

Joselyn Search is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to be based across Guildford & surrounding areas. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Fabric maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar role who lives in the area. In return, the company offers a competitive salary in the region of £32,000 + Van & Fuel Card & Package.

Hours of Work & Package Details

• Basic Salary of up to £32,000
• Van + Fuel Card provided, personal use available
• Call out rota and standby call out allowance of £105 per week
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Enrolment in company pension scheme

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Flooring, Changing Locks, Hanging Doors
• Maintain and update Log books
• Arrange specialist sub-contractors

• City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent qualifications in a building trade (desired)
