Overview:
CBRE Managed Services Limited is seeking an experienced Fabric Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis, supporting additional capacity at the Peter Jones site in Sloane Square, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading facilities management providers in a high-profile retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• General fabric maintenance across the site

• Flooring repairs

• Fixtures and fittings maintenance

• Painting and decorating

• Ad-hoc handyman tasks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar fabric or handyman role

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship

• Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Rate: 21.00 per hour (via Umbrella company)
