Job summary

JLL in Reading is seeking a Fabric Engineer to maintain all the R&D building’s services and infrastructure at P&G Gillette. The role supports the Contract Manager as the dedicated engineer across the project’s facilities.

You will perform out-of-hours maintenance, participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4), and contribute to delivering engineering excellence within the client’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provision of all-round Fabric Engineer, maintaining all the R&D building’s and infrastructure at P&G Gillette, Reading.
• Support the Contract Manager by being the dedicated Fabric Engineer for the Research & Development Buildings.
• Assist the wider team and client with tasks within capabilities when required.
• Out of hours works to complete statutory maintenance tasks and provide permitting and escorting cover for the client’s service providers.
• On call rota of 1 in 4 average.
