JLL is seeking a Fabric Technician in Derby to maintain and improve building fabric, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while supporting a diverse portfolio of properties.
You will inspect, plan, and manage maintenance activities, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality facilities management services on site.
Location - Derby (Based at our clients site Rolls-Royce)
Hours – 40hrs

You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving the structural integrity and appearance of buildings, ensuring they meet UK safety standards and remain in optimal condition. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
